Evergreen Laurel Hotel Keelung

Service and equipment

Dinner and breakfast buffet, if you are very hungry, is excellent. Choices galore. Vegetarian friendly. A bit pricy but given the offerings it was excellent.

The location to the cruise port and the downtown night shopping. The view of the port from the room was nice as well. Food choices at breakfast were good.

Good location. The room is clean.

Elevator is small. We are 4 people group, but there are only one chair in the room that is not enough for us.

From the moment I arrived, I was greeted with a warm welcome by the staff at reception. Their friendliness was a standout feature and made me feel right at home. The rooms are a great size—very spacious—and the facilities as a whole are fantastic. It was a wonderful stay

Modern large hotel with great amenities and parking garage.Comfortable rooms, large bathrooms. Walking distance to main night market.

Price. Long wait for elevators.

Convenient location, well equipped rooms with an excellent view. Well appointed breakfast buffet.

Location is great to walk into downtown. Views from the room are worth the stay.

Everything is a little old

Wonderful for cruise traveler since it's near the port, accessible to sightseeing spots for transportation wise, near local night market, room is very spacious, price is reasonable.

Even though hotel is not recently built, it is extremely well maintained and offers great rooms for the stay. The in house health club and sky restaurant are nice bonuses. The staff is exemplary and will take care of any need you have. We had a great time at this hotel.

nice and clean spacious room

a bit longer walk to miaokuo nite market

Location. Cleanliness. On-site buffet restaurant was delicious.

No bottled water supplied. Amenities were not on par with other fine hotels

good food, spacious rooms and a fantastic sea view

not enough elevators for such a large hotel

Nice room, all the amenities available, nice location

I’d have preferred a normal shower, the bathtub was not great especially not for a tall person. But very nice hotel overall so nothing much to complain about. Thanks!

We have a room with harbor view, highly recommended. Location is good with parking, walking distance to everything. Easy to get out from the city. Staffs are friendly and helpful.

Bed is hard. Elevators were annoying, super slow. Restaurants were located higher than the guest rooms, these were super annoying because the elevator always packed with people who going to the restaurant. When guests want to go the room with luggages are almost impossible.

I didn’t order breadfast but the location is good to have a sea view. Also can swim and see the port.

Location

Dirty bathroom with mildew, broken shower, water that was dangerously hot and could have caused burns. Very overpriced and no discount for breakfast for guests.

Helpful staff.. Good room and great location

All good

The triple room we had was spacious and had a beautiful harbour view.

The double bed is not as comfortable. For light sleepers one can get woken up easily when the other person moves a little.
